Kristen Beireis and Alison Wilcox are passionate about changing the face of Education with Coaching and have joined together in hopes of creating an Organization that will accomplish this goal. The theme is "Empowering Communities to Create Positive Changes in Education Through Coaching and Mindfulness".
This blog is for Coaches, Mindfulness Practitioners, Administrators, Professors, Teachers and Parents who are interested in sharing information, ideas and dream with us as we create change. We want people who believe Coaching will change education. People who are willing to share their ideas that will support this concept.
We have started this blog site to provide information about how Coaching can benefit our education system. Discussion on how you are bringing these concepts to life, offer and receive support on your journey to change education is encouraged.
Here is the vision we hold for Educated Visions and all those who work with us:
*Imagine children in a school where the Teachers and administrators are Focused and present with the students. Where each student is an individual allowed and encouraged to be their true self.
*Imagine Teachers finding fulfillment in their career and Administrators who have a support network to allow them to be creative in their decision-making.
*Imagine Parents who feel comfortable telling Teachers the truth about their home life. Parents who believe in and support the education system. Parents who trust Teachers and Administrators to be with their children all day long.
*Imagine colleges where students look inside themselves to find out who they want to be and how they are going to shape their lives in the "real world." Where Education Majors through Ph.D students learn to create an atmosphere of support and empowerment within their classes.
*Imagine an organization that will provide workshops, resources and research information. A hub for all services pertaining to Coaching in education. A place where coaches can form ideas, set goals and take action together as we work towards our dreams.
These are just a few things we would like to accomplish with our organization. The Educated Visions blog is just the beginning. It won't be long before this Organization is formed. Join us in our mission.

I am so impressed with your site and more importantly with your mission! I recently learned about your organization through CTI. I am a counselor at our local community college and a Life Coach. I have been researching coaching for college students and have found some cool things going on. I would like to implement a program here. How can you help?
